I love working with adults and older adults across California who are moving through life transitions, anxiety, grief, or periods of uncertainty.
Whether it’s a shift in identity, aging, or feeling ungrounded in the unknown, we explore how to find more stability and support within these experiences. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward.
We may create ritual, reflection, and intentional awareness to support you through change. There can be something meaningful about tending to these seasons and creating a container with purpose and care.
Somatic-Informed Therapy for Anxiety & Nervous System Support
I pay close attention to your internal experience throughout our work together. I offer somatic-informed therapy for adults across California who are experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, or nervous system dysregulation.
During sessions, I may invite gentle check-ins around body awareness—notice what stands out, how your system responds, or what begins to shift as we slow down. Many clients arrive feeling disconnected from their body or unsure how to find steadiness.
We may also explore the role of nourishment with curiosity. What helps you feel grounded? What supports stability? What feels depleting?
Healing can include learning how to support yourself physically, emotionally, and relationally.
Neurodivergent-Affirming Therapy for Adults in California
I work with neurodivergent adults across California who are navigating anxiety, burnout, and the ongoing impact of living in environments that may not fully support their needs.
Together, we may explore:
- Releasing internalized shame
- Understanding sensory and nervous system needs
- Unmasking in ways that feel safe and sustainable
- Building ways of living that honor your capacity
Many clients come to therapy feeling exhausted from masking or trying to keep up. Therapy can become a space where you practice arriving as you are and begin to explore new ways of being that feel more supportive and aligned.
Trauma Therapy & Relationship Patterns (Online Therapy in California)
I work with adults across California who have experienced trauma or complex developmental upbringings that continue to impact relationships, anxiety, and nervous system regulation.
Often, early experiences show up in relationships at work, within families, or with partners and friends—creating patterns that feel difficult to understand or shift. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck or caught in cycles they can’t think their way out of.
In our work together, we gently explore how these experiences shaped your nervous system and relational patterns. I am trained in EMDR and may incorporate elements of this approach to support processing and integration.
This work is about understanding the wisdom of how you adapted and creating new experiences that feel safer, more regulated, and more aligned.
How I Work
My approach to therapy is collaborative, steady, and attuned to your pace. I work with adults throughout California via telehealth who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and overwhelm.
We begin by getting a clear sense of what you’re experiencing and what support might feel most helpful. From there, we gently build awareness, track patterns, and explore what brings more steadiness and clarity into your day-to-day life.
At times, I may incorporate body-based awareness, reflection, and imagery to help you connect more deeply with your internal experience. I also bring in elements of reparenting and self-compassion, supporting you in developing a more trusting and supportive relationship with yourself.
Sessions are typically held weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs. Over time, many clients begin to notice a greater sense of regulation, clarity, and connection within themselves.
